Guatemala is a country where 80% of the population is living on $3/day or less.

At the same time the unemployment rate is roughly 20%, yet there is a high demand for skilled technical labor and college graduates.

Our students come from families that are deeply impacted by poverty.  As part of their education at the Asturias Academy, our students will be able to learn skilled trades.  The amount of money they will earn will lift their families out of poverty.

The best part is that our students will be earning enough to go to college if they choose—ensuring financial stability.
